ERaudit is an innovative online software program for electronic invoice management and live data (big data) through a retail control platform. Scan your suppliers’ invoices and publish them to your software automatically by supplier per product per quantity. The platform through the OCR mechanism will recognize the invoice, the customer, all the products separately, quantities and will create them on an electronic basis normally as if it has passed through the accounting

The E-RAUDIT project consists of 2 modules, one module is the automatic reading of purchase invoices by retailers to save time and staff, which solves the problem of insufficient information as accountants cannot give a clear picture of profit per product per supplier by category.

The second part of the project is the creation of a common database between the kiosks where a kiosk can use its own code for a specific product but there is also a common code for everyone that helps to create various statistics which will be resold to suppliers or / and for use in retailers.
