New capabilities and applications are emerging from AI in the online market, impacting the customer experience, which is being enhanced, says Giorgos Malekkos, CEO & Software Innovation Architect of Powersoft.<\/p>

In an engaging interactive presentation at the 16th E-Commerce Conference, he emphasized the importance of collecting data from customers to ensure their online experience is personalized and tailored to their preferences. He provided successful examples, such as temu, to highlight the importance of building a trust relationship between brands and future customers.<\/p>

“The technological tools available today help us create e-shops using virtual reality and other mediums in a much simpler way,” he said, showing a related example on screen from a company in Cyprus. “Collect the right data from the customer, and your analysis will be, in turn, accurate,” he stated in a presentation filled with rich information and guidance for brands.<\/p>

In conclusion, he focused on the significant change brought about by leveraging AI, urging businesses to embrace this new revolution in the sector and daring to integrate it into their infrastructures.
